If you are using Elvie within a funded or evaluation account through a proprietary trading firm (such as Topstep or Lucid), you accept the following additional risks: • Elvie does not guarantee compliance with any prop firm's current trading rules. Rules change without notice. • A single unexpected trade or drawdown event may result in termination of your funded account. • Elvie is not responsible for account violations, failed evaluations, or loss of funded capital under any circumstances. • Prop firms may change their rules, supported platforms, or terms of service at any time, which may affect compatibility with Elvie.
